Pork Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds ground pork
1 1/2 T brown sugar
1/4 t dried (rolled) sage
1/4 t dried thyme
1 t onion salt
1 t garlic salt
1 t kosher salt
4 t black pepper (course ground)
1 t crushed red pepper flakes
2 t paprika
Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 8 hour or overnight.

Fry in skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Notes
Can be vacuum packed and frozen for up to 3 months.
