Pork Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 1/2 T brown sugar
  • 1/4 t dried (rolled) sage
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1 t onion salt
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 4 t black pepper (course ground)
  • 1 t crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 t paprika
  • Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients.
    2. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 8 hour or overnight.
    3. Fry in skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.

    Notes

  • Can be vacuum packed and frozen for up to 3 months.
